DIGITAL PROOF:
A digital proof will be sent via email. Your approval must be received before the item(s) can enter production. If multiple attempts have been made to get your approval with no response, your order will still be canceled. A cancellation fee of 25% of total charge will be taken from the refund amount. I will make every attempt to reach you before cancellation.
TURNAROUND TIME:
Production time is estimated at 2-7 business days. Larger orders may take longer.
Standard shipping is estimated at 3-7 days after production.
Recommended to order at least 3 weeks prior to event date. Delivery date cannot be guaranteed, so please order well in advance.
