Use the Upload File button on the product page. After purchase, if you need to add any additional instructions, please send an email to sales@mamfirst.com and put your order number in the subject line.

Order Time Frame:

Customized physical products take 2-4 business days to make. You will receive a “Pending Approval” email with an image of your product prior to shipping. You must approve your order before shipping. After approval, no changes can be made. If you have not approved your order withing 48 hours of the “Pending Approval” email, the order will be paused, and this may delay production and shipping of your order.
